It came from the Project Zero website where they are trying to dump and decode the KOF2000 (king of fighters = fighting game) roms.
As usual I blew it up and changed the gamma or something.

The track that has been playing and continues to play is the Mayhem in Monsterland (as seen in Nav bar mainpage!!)SID get it and a good sidplayer. ( I recommend Deliplayer)
